DRIED TOMATOES IN VEGETABLE OIL


Dried tomatoes in vegetable oil are love or hate. There is nothing between.

Started in 2013, I produce them every year, at the time of tomato season, which is from late August till early October. Then I give them out for free.

I use only selected, pulpy varieties of tomatoes, which are suitable for drying.

I did some mistakes and have learned from them. Despite of that, I still like experimenting. I improve my mastery with every next tomato.

Don't expect taste like dried tomatoes from supermarket have.
